Derrick's actual cost for March: $4,379.00 -- reflecting the value of bundled package pricing vs. hourly billing. The included support services (PSC formation, guides, strategy consultations, design work) represent an estimated $8,000 - $11,000+ in additional value delivered at no extra charge.
Credit repair services have not begun. Two prerequisites are required before work can start:
Status: Waiting on Derek to make payment and provide credit monitoring access.
Important: We do not perform credit applications on behalf of clients. Clients must complete applications from their own computers. For clients who want hands-on managed credit building, we offer the following paid programs:
Derek mentioned "Ben's Credit Central" in an email on March 22. We requested clarification and a link to understand what this is and how it relates to his account. No response was received. We do not know what Ben's Credit Central is or what Derek intended. This item remains open pending his clarification.
The following PSC work was completed in March at no charge as preparation for Derek's next project:
Derek agreed to the full PSC & Reverse Merger project on February 18, stating: "Sounds good to me, let's do the complete thing -- credit build out and merge and my personal on the next project. 5 years on the age Corp and we can begin as soon as I'm done with these last two payments on the first project."
Upcoming Investment (when Derek is ready):
Status: Waiting for Derek to complete final Advanced Growth Plan payment ($1,080 due Apr 7), then this project begins.
A Personal Service Corporation (PSC) is a C-Corporation specifically designed for individuals who earn income through personal services -- consulting, contracting, and professional work. Right now, every time a company 1099s Derek's SSN, that income hits his personal tax return directly, increases his AGI, and he has limited control over how it's taxed.
A PSC gives Derek an entity-level shield -- income flows to the corporation first, and he controls how and when it comes out as W-2 compensation, distributions, or retained earnings. Combined with a reverse merger into an aged shelf corporation, this accelerates business credit building and provides institutional credibility from day one.
| Entity Type | Personal Service Corporation (C-Corp) |
| Legal Name (IRS) | DerrickLamont Williams |
| Trade Name / DBA | Derrick Lamont Williams |
| EIN | 41-5199728 |
| Business Address | 64 East Broadway Road, Suite 200-3426, Tempe, AZ 85282 |
| Name Format Note | First and middle names combined as "DerrickLamont" to resolve IRS Error 101 (federal name conflict with existing entity). This is a standard formatting technique and does not change the actual legal name in any way. |
The following PSC services were provided as complimentary groundwork for Derek's upcoming project. Per the February 18 "PSC & Reverse Merger -- Strategy Confirmation & Investment Breakdown" proposal, PSC Formation (state filing, EIN, articles, bylaws, operating structure, PSC tax election) is listed as "Included" at no separate cost.
| Service | Date | Status | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| PSC IRS EIN Filing & Processing | Mar 12-31 | COMPLETE | $0.00 |
| IRS Form 8822-B Address Change Glendale, AZ → 64 E Broadway Rd, Ste 200-3426, Tempe, AZ 85282 | Mar 30-31 | APPROVED | $0.00 |
| Certified Mail w/ Tracking (Form 8822-B) | Mar 31 | TRACKING PROVIDED | $0.00 |
| Total PSC Services Provided -- March 2026 | $0.00 | ||
If These Services Were Billed Separately:
| PSC EIN filing, research, Error 101 resolution, SS-4 prep | ~8-10 hrs @ $150 = $1,200-$1,500 |
| IRS Form 8822-B prep, certified mail, tracking | ~3-4 hrs @ $150 = $450-$600 |
| Strategy consultation, entity planning, tax analysis | ~4-5 hrs @ $150 = $600-$750 |
| Total value provided at no charge | ~15-19 hrs = $2,250-$2,850 |
Address change is critical because when credit building begins on the PSC, lenders cross-reference the IRS address with the DUNS address and state filings. Everything must match.
On February 18, 2026, Derek reviewed and agreed to the full PSC & Reverse Merger investment breakdown:
"Sounds good to me, let's do the complete thing -- credit build out and merge and my personal on the next project. 5 years on the age Corp and we can begin as soon as I'm done with these last two payments on the first project so in a couple weeks."

The month opened with continued Derrick's Transport account management and the delivery of Strategy Series guides mapping the business growth roadmap. On March 4, the CPN IRS EIN and DUNS setup was completed, and a press release was verified for premium distribution to 45+ media outlets. March 5 was a high-activity day with 14 emails covering "The Secret to Wealth" Volumes 1 & 2 delivery, SMB site issue resolution, and the Old EIN process guide. The 2nd trust payment ($5,400) was received on March 5, followed by the 3rd trust payment ($5,400) on March 7. Bank account issues were diagnosed and resolved on March 6, and USPS address forwarding was verified across all entities by March 7.
Week 2 focused on tax strategy and entity management. The Tax Returns, Funding Stages & Borrowing Power analysis was delivered March 8, giving Derrick a clear picture of his total financial position. March 9-11 centered on the Blue Diamond Development, Inc. acquisition -- CPA documentation for back tax filings was prepared, a service invoice was issued, profit strategy was analyzed, and the full transfer and domestication timeline (California to New Mexico) was created. DT and EVM were confirmed as not needing tax filings. The PSC IRS EIN process was initiated on March 12. Payment processors for Estate Vision Management were researched and set up March 13-14. The DLWET business address was established, and entertainment industry media passes were arranged.
The busiest week of the month. March 15 saw 16 emails covering EVM production access, credit repair updates, template improvements, and PAT testing. After a brief pause March 17-18, activity surged on March 19 with the Business Command Center access being granted and account updates. March 20 was a 23-email day covering tax filings confirmation, 80 PAYDEX score targeting, Business Zip Files delivery, The Secret to Wealth redistribution, multiple corp updates, and DT AZ/NM updates. March 21 completed the full corps list review and confirmed Blue Diamond Development, Inc. as the selected aged shelf corporation for acquisition and domestication.
Week 4 was dominated by Blue Diamond Development, Inc. buildout. Ben's Credit Central was configured March 22. BDDI logo design went through multiple revisions March 23-25, alongside securing a non-CMRA commercial address for DT in Arizona and DaVinci Virtual Office setup. Truck logos for "On the Road with DT & DLWE" were created in JPEG format. Blue Diamond organizational documents were signed March 25-27. A fraud report for Hampton Inn was filed March 27, and a DaVinci Virtual Office issue was diagnosed and resolved. March 28 delivered the EVM sales strategy, the Profit First Banking Blueprint, new DaVinci office for BDDI, and Blue Diamond address setup.
The final days were the most intense. March 29 saw 22 emails completing the Blue Diamond website, email, and address configuration. Website access was confirmed and transparency updates were delivered. March 30 was the peak day with 36 emails -- the SSN Disclosure Kit was delivered, "The Ghost Protocol" Volume One was sent, the PSC IRS EIN was approved with tracking, multiple business addresses were finalized, and the site went live. March 31 closed the month with PSC IRS EIN address change tracking, BDDI business address finalization, and full confirmation of all live services.
